Artists in Partnership Announces Honorees for 2^nd Annual “Women in the Arts” Party

The names from the nominating committee for Artists in Partnership, Inc.’s  2^nd Annual “Women in the Arts” Awards and Recognition Fundraiser Party at the Allegria Hotel on Friday, March 23^rd have been announced.  This year’s group of extraordinary women includes visual artists, musicians, educators, community activists, businesswomen and women in local government who all have something in common- a Love and support for cultural arts and local community. They are: Assemblywoman, Missy Miller, Councilwoman, Chumi Diamond, Roberta Fiore, Alexandra Karafinas, Julia Lang- Shapiro, Patti Bourne, Brittany De Varso, Rosa Maria Goeller, Diane Hoffman, Edie Kalickstein, Christina Tisi-Kramer, Kim Kuperschmid, Shakeira Wilson, Nancy Beck, Jenny Montiglio, and Kelly Sullivan, . The Keynote Speaker for the evening will be Theresa Statz- Smith, the Executive Director of the Long Island Arts Alliance.

The Party begins at 7:00-9:30  in the Ballroom of the Allegria and will feature an Informal fashion show with  Stylist, Chris Banks,  local fashion, Pop-Up vendors with hand-crafted jewelry, accessories, home goods, Raffles, 50/50, Light Refreshments, Cash Bar and LIVE MUSIC with BENOIR and friends.

Artists in Partnership, Inc. is a 501-C-3 Not-for-Profit Cultural Arts organization and proceeds from the event provide support for Local Community Arts Programs.
